The Iowa Wild have announced that Cassadee Pope, the 2012 winner of hit NBC show "The Voice," will be performing live following the Wild’s game Wednesday, Jan. 20.
Last year Pope received a Grammy nomination for Best Country Duo/Group Performance and an Academy of Country Music Award nomination for “Think of You,” a duet with Chris Young that reached No. 1 on the charts. Pope has spent a good deal of time atop the iTunes chart for her EP, "Summer." In 2016, her debut album "Frame by Frame" received a lot of attention and featured the breakout hit song “Wasting All These Tears,” which was downloaded more than one million times on iTunes.
During her career, Pope has performed with artists such as Darius Rucker, Tim McGraw and Dierks Bentley and has played sold out shows around the country.
Fans who purchase tickets to the Jan. 20 game will be able to stay in their seats to watch Pope perform following the game. In order to watch the performance, fans must have purchased a ticket for the game. Tickets start at $16 and can be purchased at the Wells Fargo Arena Box Office or online at HyVeeTix.com.
